2014 FIAT 500 ABARTH

Adding even more excitement to the FIAT® 500 lineup, in 2014 FIAT 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio (500c) are making their debut in FIAT Studios early this year with a variety of great new features. Retaining the iconic Cinquecento form, both 2014 models include Abarth-tuned performance hardware that delivers track-ready durability with a lowered ride height and beefier suspension, as well as larger brakes and wider tires. New features of the 2014 FIAT 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio include:
    • Multi-spoke 16-inch cast aluminum wheels
    • Optional 17” forged aluminum wheels available in bianco and hyper-black
    • 195/45 R16 Pirelli Cinturato all-season performance tires
    • Lower passenger seat for increased headroom
    • Passenger seat armrest
    • Seat-position memory with a tilt and slide handle
    • Gregio Stripes & Mirror Caps
    • Gregio Power Cloth Soft Top

Sprucing up our color palette, the 2014 FIAT 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio lineup include these new hues:
    • Granito Lucente (granite crystal)
    • Nero Puro (straight black)

A track-tested, turbocharged and twin-intercooled 1.4-liter MultiAir engine provides the FIAT 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio with 160 horsepower—up to 170 lb.-ft. of torque—and is mated to a track-proven, heavy duty C510 five-speed manual transmission with torque transfer control. If you are searching for the perfect excuse to buy an Abarth, maybe an entire day of full-throttle training, guided by professional instructors at the segment-exclusive full-day Abarth Driving Experience is the justification you were looking for. Go topless with the Abarth Cabrio’s cleverly designed multi-position power-retractable cloth top that draws in to the rear spoiler during speeds up to a best-in-class 60 mph.

Want a more moderate dose of Vitamin D? The 2014 Abarth 500c gives drivers the option to retract the cloth top to satisfying a midway point with the touch of a button. Press the roof button again, and the roof will fold all the way open and tuck neatly behind the rear head restraints (up to 50 mph).

The FIAT 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio are designed, engineered and tested to deliver the high-performance driving and enduring capabilities needed for track use.

To learn more about the 2014 Abarth models available at a modest price, stop in at your local FIAT Studio or schedule a test drive today.

Any idea when the 2014 Abarth is coming?

    • Rustle

The dealer I talked to said April.

  • Hugh

Will you post a picture of the optional hyperblack 16-inch wheels that are newly available for the 2014 Abarth? The FiatUSA website mentions them and allows a customer to add them in the “Build Your Own” section, but I am unable to find an image.
Thanks in advance for you’re able to assist.

Any chance to get a red soft top on a 2014 Abarth?

  • Mojoe

Bump the power of the Abarth closer to 200hp or at least offer an ecm that will…similar to the Mopar “Staged” ecms. You all are missing a golden opportunity as there are numerous aftermarket “piggy back” controllers out that not only dyno better numbers than the MM controllers but are smoother. Further more, direct manipulation of the ecm tables are starting to catch on despite the risk of voiding warranties…if that doesn’t tell you what the people want then keep offering top colors, arm rests, and stripes. By the way, a nice deep dark blue Abarth would look pretty nice!

200HP would be WAY too much power for the front wheels on this car. All wheel drive option on the Abarth please (with 200HP :-)!!

    • Mojoe

Go check out the forums, it appears 200hp is just about right.
